My name is Sean Lafortune and for half of my life – I have been involved in the real estate market. I have been involved with residential real estate for over 15 years; be it as a licensed Real Estate Representative or working in sales and marketing in the development industry. I have a unique and rich background that allows me to understand all aspects of a transaction. I recently have moved to Northumberland County and look forward to establishing routes here with my girlfriend Nicole and our dog Penny.
I view my role as Sales Representative as your advocate. I’m more interested in seeing you get the home of your dreams versus simply getting a home. I’d much rather you walk away from a bad deal and not get paid versus you buying a home and having buyers regret. I believe that doing the right thing for my clients means ensuring that they have all the information needed to make a smart, educated and thoughtful decision.
