The condominium suites at Lonsberry Dr, developed by Stalwood Homes, is a new condominium development located on the East end of Cobourg. Located within Stalwood’s master planned East Village, the Lonsbury Condominium buildings are quite similar to those on Ruttan Terrance, smaller, more boutique type buildings that adapt well with the detached, semi detached and townhome suites in the community.
While located on the East end of Cobourg, Lonsbury Drive Condominiums are located in an area that allows residents to take advantage of a series of great indoor and outdoor amenities, including the Cobourg waterfront, a handful of parks and boutique shops and restaurants are all within a 5 minute drive or 10/15 minute walk.
Lonsberry Drive is an interesting and fairly affordable option for those looking for a new condominium suite in Cobourg, however suites are at times hard to come by given the new age of the buildings. There have been only a handful of sales at the buildings over the past few years, which is great for those looking to call it home, as owners seem to truly enjoy the area.
